A Couple Things to Note
- If you have not submitted a Rate Confirmation for the load you are transporting, you will not see the load in the mobile app, and will therefore be unable to upload a proof of delivery. Please send your Rate Confirmation first
- Right now, Proof of Delivery documents can only be added through our Mobile App. Please visit this article for more information on how to download the mobile app
- Only the assigned driver and the carrier company owner can view a load or upload the POD from the mobile app
POD Eligibility
When you login to the mobile app and view your loads, you will see a few different statuses related to Proof of Delivery:
- Upload POD: Once the pickup time is in the past
- Missing POD: Once the delivery time is in the past
- Missing POD: Once the POD has been uploaded, but not yet approved
- Completed: Once the POD is approved
Uploading a POD
- When the load is eligible for POD upload, the Driver will be prompted to take a photo from their device and then answer a couple short questions about accessorial charges, lumper fees and detention/layover
- Once submitted, a TrueNorth employee will review and approve your POD
- Upon approval, you'll receive a notification on your mobile phone that your POD has been approved and you will see that load with a "Completed" status on My Loads
