Book Now Eligibility

Book now is currently only available for CH Robinson loads, however, we're continuing to add more book now brokers. In order to be eligible to book a CHR book now load, you must:

1. 1. Have completed registration with TrueNorth
   2. Provided proof of broker setup with CHR
   3. Provide TrueNorth customer support with your CHR T-Code

Once those steps above have been completed, you will see CH Robinson Book Now eligible loads on LoadCentral:

How to Book Now

Once you finds a CH Robinson load you're interested in booking, click on the load to view load details, and then click “Book Now”:

Once you have clicked “Book Now” they will see a popup that asks you to confirm the load details and then “Book Now”:

After the booking is completed you will see a success message

1. • In the event that the load did not book, they will see a failure message. If a load booking fails, Try clicking "Book Now" once more. It’s possible the load was booked by another user before you were able to confirm the details

• If you see the success message and have successfully Booked Now, YOU DO NOT NEED TO EMAIL YOUR RATE CONFIRMATION!

Confirmation

Following a successful booking, you will see the Booked flag on the load.

Once TrueNorth receives the RateConfirmation from CH Robinson, you will see your new load in the My Loads view on the mobile app.
