- COI (Certificate of Insurance)
- Make sure lines of coverage are active
- The expiration date is after today
- There is an insurance contact in the top right (if using an Accord format)
- COA (Certificate of Authority)
- Many brokers will require you to upload this document
- You will also need to know your authority age and Interstate or Intrastate
- NOA (Notice of Assignment)
- Must have effective date
- Must include the payee bank information (your factoring company if you have one, or your companies bank account information)
- Equipment
- number of tractors
- number of trailers and the type/size of your trailers

Pre-Qualification
You'll be asked to enter you MC#, DOT, and intrastate carrier number.
Your pre-qualification results will show on the next screen before you continue.
Carrier Profile
After qualification is complete, you'll be asked to fill out information about your business.
- Pay to information
- Contact information: make sure you use your @truenorthmco.com email address so that TrueNorth automatically gets Rate Confirmations! This will keep you from having to forward them to us after booking.
- Service and Equipment questionnaire
Carrier Agreement
The next steps will ask you to review the carrier agreement and agree to the terms.
