- W9 - complete & accurate
- COI (Certificate of Insurance)
- Make sure lines of coverage are active
- The expiration date is after today
- There is an insurance contact in the top right (if using an Accord format)
- COA (Certificate of Authority)
- Many brokers will require you to upload this document
- You will also need to know your authority age and Interstate or Intrastate
- NOA (Notice of Assignment)
- Must have effective date
- Must include the payee bank information (your factoring company if you have one, or your companies bank account information)
- Equipment
- number of tractors
- number of trailers and the type/size of your trailers
Pre-qualification
Arrive will first ask you to enter your MC# and select from interstate or intrastate.
Carrier Profile
After qualification is complete, you'll be asked to fill out information about your business.
- Pay to information
- Contact information: make sure you use your @truenorthmco.com email address so that TrueNorth automatically gets Rate Confirmations! This will keep you from having to forward them to us after booking.
- Tractor information
- Service and Equipment you provide
- Hazmat certification
- Equipment profile
- Proof of insurance
You'll enter contact information, and select your service type, then you'll see the carrier agreement.
Next, you'll be asked to verify insurance information and W9 information.

Final Steps
After completing your carrier profile and uploaded the required documents, you should get a confirmation message to confirm you're all set to go!
