- W9 - complete & accurate
- COI (Certificate of Insurance)
- Make sure lines of coverage are active
- The expiration date is after today
- There is an insurance contact in the top right (if using an Accord format)
- COA (Certificate of Authority)
- Many brokers will require you to upload this document
- You will also need to know your authority age and Interstate or Intrastate
- NOA (Notice of Assignment)
- Must have effective date
- Must include the payee bank information (your factoring company if you have one, or your companies bank account information)
- Equipment
- number of tractors
- number of trailers and the type/size of your trailers
Pre-qualification
MyCarrierPackets will begin by asking for your DOT Number. This will pre-populate you company name and MC#. One you select your name from the dropdown, they will email you the packet link.
Carrier Profile
After qualification is complete, click on the packet link from your email and you'll be asked to fill out information about your business.
- Contact information: make sure you use your @truenorthmco.com email address so that TrueNorth automatically gets Rate Confirmations! This will keep you from having to forward them to us after booking.

Final Steps
Once you're submitted all of the above information, you should see a confirmation screen. You're good to go!
